Marchiando will focus on growing the customer base for the Internet of Things (IoT) business, which includes the company’s ConnectSense line of smart products that automate homes and businesses.

Grid Connect entered the rapidly-growing Internet of Things (IoT) industry with the launch of ConnectSense in November 2013. Since then, the company has developed smart sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, water, motion, security and light.
