To our Customers,

During this difficult time, we are doing the best we can to take care of our employees, families, and also you, our customers. 

Many states including ours have released shelter in place orders. Grid Connect remains open and is considered an essential business due to our customer base which includes medical, military, government and manufacturing businesses.

Here is what we are doing during this time:

  • We are open for business and here to help you
  • Majority of our staff are working from home, we have kept a limited crew working in the office to ensure that orders are still sent out.
  • All employees have been asked to adhere to the CDC's recommendations, including the recommendations regarding hand washing, hygienic practices, and maintaining a safe personal distance.
  • We are ordering additional stock of products from Europe, Asia and other places in the world where trade may be halted in the future weeks.
